With over 15 years of of strategy, brand marketing and communications experience, I make brands relatable and connect them to target audiences to drive preference, engagement and revenue.
My career experiences have varied and allowed me to hone my skills in brand, growth, channel and customer experience marketing. My expertise runs the gamut from facilitating branding workshops and crafting brand stories to launching and measuring growth campaigns that translate to company revenue.
These experience have allowed me to find my passion area--brand marketing and strategic operations. I excel in the sweet spot of streamlining operations through leadership while telling (and refining) a brand's story.
I have experience in leading teams through large-scale initiatives, re-organizations and strategic realignments to achieve business objectives, foster team collaboration and gain leadership buy-in. I thrive in providing strategic planning for department initiatives and operations to lead the marketing department toward success. My leadership style is to lead by example--remaining authentic, transparent and empathetic. I pride myself on fostering trust and teamwork among stakeholders to accomplish goals.

While my experience resides in marketing, my true talent lies in leadership. I have a knack for inspiring people to bring their best work to projects and their authentic selves to work. It is key for me to create a safe space for my team to shine, grow, challenge themselves (and me!)--and I think it's what I do best. It's what I love most about my work--impacting others.

With a Masters of Professional Studies from Georgetown University and Bachelor of Arts from Hampton University, I'm a proud alum of both schools.
During my downtime, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughters and friends.
